Really good breakfast and attentive service. We were impressed with the variety of dishes on the menu, especially for someone with dietary restrictions like myself. The hotel was in a great location, close to the Underground and shops for easy access to central London. We stayed here for a gig at the Albert Hall and it was perfect. I used to live in Kew and loved the small village feel of the area around the Tube station. Plus, there were plenty of restaurants, pubs, and shops to explore. Another highlight was the lovely breakfast with lots of choices.

If I'm being picky, it would have been nice to have a shelf in the shower. we didn't have any major complaints.

The room was lovely, big, and bright with windows on two sides. It was equipped with air conditioning that kept the room nice and cool during the heatwave. The hotel had great access to Kew Gardens, just a 5-10 minute walk away. The surrounding area is also beautiful, with a nice pub downstairs. Breakfast was delicious and had excellent variety. Transportation was excellent, with the hotel's proximity to the tube and a little shopping center.
